We’re looking for a UK-based Customer Educator to join our Academy team to help deliver expert training on RLDatix Healthcare and Medics software. This role plays a key part in helping our clients get the most value from our solutions, contributing directly to safer patient care.

This is a temporary role due to an internal secondment, offering a meaningful opportunity to make an impact in a high-growth, mission-driven company.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Delivering training courses online to individuals and small groups across the UK

  • Updating training manuals and course content in line with the latest software releases

  • Assessing training effectiveness and revising materials or delivery methods as needed

  • Working with the Academy Team Lead to align training with business and client needs

  • Entering training session data and feedback into the internal training database

  • Researching and preparing lessons to meet diverse learner needs

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience as a software trainer, ideally within a healthcare setting

  • Experience delivering training using RLDatix Medics products (preferred)

  • Proven ability to conduct virtual training sessions for small groups or individuals

  • Confidence in delivering clear, engaging instruction to audiences of varying skill levels

  • Strong written communication skills to create clear and effective learning materials

  • Patience, tact, and adaptability to motivate learners with differing experience levels

  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent ICT training experience
