Qualifications



RS&H is currently seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team. This position will work in-office. As part of the Buildings team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by providing advanced level support for one or more managers, which may include exposure to highly sensitive and confidential information; completing special projects as assigned; coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments; preparing reports, presentations, agreements and contract documents; coordinating and booking travel and assisting in preparing and submitting expense reports; maintain electronic and physical files; and serving as a point of contact and resource for visitors. This position may also serve as the office coordinator.

 

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years relevant experience. Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. 
  • Possess advanced knowledge of administrative duties and Microsoft Office.
  • Possess strong oral and written communications skills, as well as attention to detail, and strong organization and prioritization.
  • Have the ability to effectively interact with and build relationships with clients, customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
