Position Summary: 

 

We are hiring a Solution Architect for our Enterprise Systems Technology Solutions team. In this role, you’ll responsible for creating technology solution designs, defining the 'why and how' that drives solution success, selecting the right products and features that maximize business value in alignment with the overall technology strategy.This role defines innovative, scalable, and resilient solutionsaligned with business and technology roadmaps, championing group standards and policiesto ensure successful delivery. This role will collaboratively partner to identify the human elements of change required: work as a change agent to communicate what is changing, how change supports a better future, build knowledge of how and desire to change, and enable and reinforce adoption of the change with senior leaders, managers, and employees. 

 

Key Areas of Responsibilities: 

 

  • Contributes thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation
  • Produce, promote, and validate high-quality solution designs and application architectures that are aligned with the principles and strategies and support defined business requirementsand technology standards
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to produce the current state/target state, and drive transition plans of the roadmaps
  • Leads the technical design, developing specifications and diagrams of the technology solution
  • Develops Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions
  • Support and advocate for policies, procedures, and best practice design principles
  • Leverage the knowledge of industry trends and best practices to produce solution designs
  • Support the creation of platform roadmaps
  • Develop positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives
  • With the business, lead the development of technology solutions to business problems; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via technology enablement
  • Promote adoption of emerging technologies throughout the entire tech organization
  • Review technical team deliverables for compliance with architecture standards, architectural vision, guidelines and leverages best practices
  • Promote innovative ways to bring new products and customer experiences to market for testing, validation, and additional investment
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Location: 

Fully Remote, USA.

 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related technology experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, including CRM, ERP, HCM and ancillary products
  • Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects with at least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of customer facing or serving applications – REQUIRED
  • Proficiency with data and analytics platforms and software like Snowflake, Informatica, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio
  • Experience in Cloud computing and technology implementation strategies
  • Knowledge of architectural operations and standards
  • Understanding and producing application architecture, system design
  • Experience in Agile Product Development environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of software application architecture in several of the following: Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Workday, Zoom, Jira, and Microsoft
  • Software certification in digital technology platforms in any of the following: Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Workday, Zoom, Jira, and Microsoft
  • Experience with Retail technology solutions
  • Experience in Supply Chain technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation for various functional architecture solutions

 

 

What We Offer: 

At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. 

 

The annual salary range for this role is: $138,000 to $220,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range. 

 

Additionally, you may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. An incentive award, if granted, is based on individual and/or organizational performance.
