Description:
- Enter and verify new loans on the FISERV and Loan Servicing Support systems.
- Separate and scan all new mortgage loan files after receiving all post-closing documents.
- Apply and review loan, offline, miscellaneous and paid-in-full payments to ensure they are properly posted.
- Assist with Mortgage cancellation process.
- Calculate, complete and send loan payoff statements to Attorneys, Title Companies and Customers.
- Daily Payment processing and end of day reconciliation/proof.
- Enter tax data on FISERV and prepare quarterly payments to tax authorities.
- Maintain records and disburse escrow funds for homeowners and flood insurance policies and refunds. Contact Customers and Insurance companies for updated information when needed.
- Process Insurance claims for property damage.
- Assist with Escrow Analysis, sending out letters and refunds.
- Keep accurate records and ensure all automatic payments are applied properly.
- Process name and address changes.
- Process Recalculations, Modifications, Assumptions & Subordinations.
- Review daily and weekly reports from Nautilus and Loan Servicing.
- Handle returned mail by following procedure.
- Review monthly ARM change notices.
- Review post-closing loan documentation for validity and ensure that all conditions at closing have been met.
- Scan post-closing, daily loan servicing work and collection documents utilizing Nautilus.
- File correspondence for post-closing, customer service and collection areas.
- Assist in making collection calls and sending out collection letters.
- Handle loan servicing inquiries from Customers, tax authorities, Insurance companies and title companies in a timely manner.
- Provide coverage to the reception area.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual salary: $60,000-$75,000

At least two years of experience with residential mortgage servicing, including taxes and insurance.
Familiarity with Fiserv-Cleartouch software preferred.
Familiarity with Encompass software preferred.
