Job Summary

Primarily responsible for processing customer orders, quotes, returns, and inquiries or complaints via fax / web/ email, and to support overall company sales goals by enhancing customer relationships through the delivery of service excellence.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing customer orders (fax, web, email) through various systems such as Configurator, JD Edwards, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and systems knowledge.
  • Contribute to a team environment that promotes and provides service excellence to internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for following all applicable safety guidelines.
  • Keep up with the fast-paced environment as well as company & individual goals.
  • Add- Help with other projects to support the Customer Service Team as needed.


Qualication:


Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Two (2) years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred
  • Experience in medical equipment or rehabilitation, a plus.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and speak in English, simple and complex instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.
  • Ability to read work orders, work instructions, manuals, policies and procedures, schematics, diagrams a plus
  • Typing skills minimum 25 wpm, ten-key skills including program operations, queries, and web-based systems.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform telephone operation, computer operation, keyboard skills, calculator operation, listening and communication, complaint resolution and regulatory documentation, organizational skills, stress management, and ability to work as an active participant in team development.
  • Preferred experience with parts.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to solve problems in a practical manner.
  • Mechanically inclined, a plus.
