Program Manager Ridgway Center



The Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Ridgway Center, coordinate programs, events, and contribute to strategic planning. This role involves close collaboration with faculty, students, and external partners to design and implement impactful programming, while ensuring efficient administrative support.

The Program Manager will be responsible for all event logistics - planning, promotion, and execution - and manage internal and external communications including website updates and social media. The Program Manager will oversee the Center's budget & expenditures. In partnership with Dean's Office staff they will support the submission of grants and research proposals. The Program Manager will be the point of contact for student working groups and student employees. The Program Manager will identify and implement opportunities to increase the efficiency of Center operations.

The Ideal Candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently with precision and discretion, and experience with digital tools - social media, websites, databases. This role requires strong administrative support skills and the ability to take initiative. Knowledge of University policies and procedures is preferred. This position requires a Bachelors degree and Three years of relevant administrative and/or professional experience required (post-grad). A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of education and/or experience.
