The Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for Installation & Service Technicians, Project Managers, and Project Leads (and other roles as assigned). In this role, you work closely with hiring managers, operation leaders and the talent team to identify, attract and hire both technical and non-technical talent across multiple Kastle Systems’ business areas. Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers, operations and corporate staff to fill open positions by gaining full understanding of job description, desired qualifications; open and post positions,
Actively and creatively source via in-house tools and outside sources (referral programs, Boolean searches, resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and pre-screen candidates, submit qualified candidates to hiring managers, and coordinate interviews.
Track and report of all hiring actions within iCIMS Applicant Tracking System & CRM
Market job openings and career opportunities to potential candidates via social media and professional networks in effort to develop candidate pipelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a full lifecycle, corporate recruiting function using iCIMS applicant tracking and reporting functions.
Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting and talent sourcing methods: cold calling candidates and companies, organizing and executing ad hoc networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique methods to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc.
Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as is a high proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Familiarity with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
Must have knowledge of EEO, ADA, DOL classifications, and other government compliance regulations that affect talent acquisiton.
Sense of urgency and experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (staffing agency experience preferred) who holds themselves accountable to prioritize work, meet commitments and exceed goals.
Experience recruiting for in field technicans is preferred.
