The Project Integrator for the DeCPTR-Nuclear project is a key position responsible for coordinating stakeholder engagement and managing the scheduling of testing activities. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless integration and collaboration among a diverse group of stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and research institutions. The Project Integrator will align testing schedules with program objectives, optimize resource utilization, and facilitate effective communication across all parties involved in the nuclear radiation survivability testing efforts. The Project Integrator will be a pivotal member of the DeCPTR-Nuclear team, ensuring that project activities are effectively coordinated and aligned with strategic objectives, thereby enhancing the overall success of the initiative. This role is specifically designed to support the project's goal of advancing nuclear radiation survivability testing through efficient management and stakeholder collaboration. 

Responsibilities:

    • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring active participation and alignment with program goals. 
    • Scheduling Coordination: Manage the scheduling of testing activities across multiple facilities, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines. 
    • Communication Facilitation: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding program objectives, progress, and challenges. 
    • Resource Optimization: Coordinate with laboratory managers and technical teams to optimize the allocation of testing resources and capacity. 
    • Progress Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of testing activities, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to ensure timely project delivery. 
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of stakeholder interactions, testing schedules, and program milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability. 

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility clearance required
  • Bachelors Degree required in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program integration, stakeholder management, or project coordination within the defense or aerospace sectors.  

Preferred:

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. 

     

  • Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

     

  • Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile or Lean practices, is beneficial. 

     

  • Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of nuclear radiation testing and defense systems to facilitate effective communication with technical teams. 

     

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering cooperation and knowledge sharing. 

     

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
