Overview

Lutron has an exciting opportunity on our Customer Service Team – Commercial Business at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience with Lutron’s commercially quoted business while working closely with project managers, representative agencies, rep-managed teams, and end users.

You’ll play a key role in supporting commercial projects, building strong relationships, and making a lasting impact on the success of our commercial operations.

• Collaborate with internal commercial project managers, quoting teams, commercial representatives, and onsite service technicians to support high-profile commercial projects from initial quote through final delivery
• Assist commercial end users in sourcing and receiving replacement parts promptly to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments to align on customer priorities, ensuring timely communication and execution of high-priority jobs
• Manage order logistics including shipment holds, ship dates, returns, and parts requests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform general order entry and ongoing maintenance for commercial project orders, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required
• If less than 5 years of professional work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
• Must be located within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
