Overview:
Wind River is seeking a strategic and industry-savvy and result-driven Marketing Manager to drive awareness and demand for our solutions across the global Aerospace, Defense, and Government (ADG) sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of the ADG landscape—including its technologies, buyer personas, and regulatory environment—and the ability to translate that knowledge into compelling messaging, content, and campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing embedded and intelligent edge solutions to A&D and government buyers, with a focus on pipeline growth.
As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with technical and executive audiences. You’ll craft thought leadership and content that positions Wind River as a trusted voice in the industry, while driving measurable impact on pipeline growth and market visibility.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is $120,000 to $180,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $150,000 to $200,000 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
