Overview

The Oregon POLST and HERO Kids Registries are a combined secure electronic database and digital health platform that allows health care professionals treating a patient access to their preferred medical treatment orders during a crisis. We strive to increase accessibility to medical orders to support continuity of care across health services platforms. We foster innovation by creating new ways to securely access health information. This position has the potential for long-term placement. Cover letter and resume must be submitted for consideration.



Responsibilities

  • Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)

  • Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Keyboarding proficiency and accuracy with a min of 50WPM.

  • Strong composing, proofreading and editing skills – specifically the ability to proof read carefully and identify potential discrepancies in data entered.

  • Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills.



Qualifications



  • Previous data entry experience

  • Previous experience working with electronic health records systems
