Job Description
The Office Clerk provides general office support with a variety of receptionist activities and clerical related tasks. This includes, greeting customers, screening incoming telephone calls, data entry, and performing diversified clerical duties in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable
- Verifying daily cash ups
- Entering info into A/R system
- Fielding customer account questions
- Accounts Payable
- Reconciling P-Card Statements
- Coding payable invoices
- Matching vendor invoices to packing slips
- Handling Pricing issues
- Filing
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Punctual
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Possession of strong organizational skills
- Dependable
- Professional appearance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years administrative/office experience is required
- Pay is $23.50 per hour
