Job Purpose:

Lead and manage complex IT program delivery and oversee Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS) support in Egypt. The role combines program and project management, stakeholder coordination, solution delivery, and supervision of technical support activities, ensuring successful project outcomes and continuous service improvement.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Engage with business units to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for application development.
• Lead the development and deployment of customized IT applications using low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Conduct needs assessments with internal stakeholders to identify software gaps and propose tailored digital solutions.
• Ensure technical documentation, solution architecture, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) are properly executed for new tools or enhancements.
• Monitor solution adoption and gather user feedback for iterative improvements.
• Deliver end-to-end IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality.

• Oversee Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS) support operations and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) adherence for technical customer

  support.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS) platforms and related technologies.
• Design and implement service optimization initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Manage stakeholder communication and represent Egypt IT in regional and global forums.
• Supervise and mentor team members involved in program delivery and ESS support.

• Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.

Experience, Qualifications and Competencies

Experience:

• + 5 years in IT program or project management, preferably within enterprise environments.
• 2–3 years in a leadership/supervisory or delivery-focused role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• ITIL certification is an advantage.

Key Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Proven experience managing IT projects or programs end-to-end.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Understanding of Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS) platforms, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), integration processes, and digital tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving and proactive risk management.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle escalations.
