Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for end users experiencing a wide range of technical issues, including hardware problems and software inquiries.
Provide 2nd level support for various topics when issues cannot be solved locally.
Facilitate direct communication with German colleagues to address and resolve IT-related issues.
Perform SAP user management task and troubleshoot different errors in SAP.
Organize and coordinate hardware and software changes with internal and external IT service providers.
Monitor updates in SAP, test and pilot changes.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
2 years of IT support experience.
Professional proficiency in German (B2) and English (B2); Hungarian is not necessary.
Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Strong service mentality and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
