Responsibilities
The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Business Development who like to think big! As the Head of BD, you will be identifying new sales leads and potential new markets for business expansion. Building relationships with existing clients to maintain customer retention and driving sales growth.
In collaboration with your team and regional colleagues, you will explore innovative and sustainable solutions to deliver the best-in-class marketing strategy. You will incorporate team focus to drive profitable and sustainable growth of the country, guiding the strategic agenda of Business Development,
In addition, as the Head of BD you will use your interpersonal and influencing skills to build strong relationships with key customers.
IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:
• Develop mid and long-term strategy for achieving a profitable and sustainable business growth
• Develop and strengthen customer relationship to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Lead regular performance reviews with the management team focusing on customer pipelines and growth drivers
• Develop strategy to sustain revenue growth.
• Analyzes current marketplace trends and competitor activity
• Drive culture of performance and results through your teams
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in any related course; minimum 10 years business development experience gained from logistics and 3PL industry
• Self-motivated and strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively
• Good customer relationship skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, ability to self-manage competing demand

. Creative, strategic, and innovative, with a solid ability to execute and deliver bottom-line results
