Overall Role Purpose

· Improve EBIT by utilizing and enhancing profitability and work to understand strategic business challenges while developing a business fit between Express and the customer.

· Focus is on delivering Customer Satisfaction by demonstrating the organization’s network and ensuring all collaborators are engaged.

Your Tasks:

· Develop proposals and sales plans that support increased sales from targeted prospects.

· Prepare reports that enable pricing strategy to be developed and informed business decisions to be made. Implement the pricing standards for DHL services to all customer groups.

· Liaise with Area/Regional and Global team members to ensure the Pricing issues and properly led, implemented, and maintained.

· As pricing analyst role serves as the key point of contact for all GRE and Pricing owners for customer concern and issue resolution in a timely manner.

· Lead the deadline to finish the task in time.

· Creation of Standard tariff

· Creation of Special tariff

· Handle independently Global and local RFQ and liaise with sales for follow-up and complete within the agreed time.

· Provide adhoc customer revenue reporting as requested by management & sales.

· Assist with the implement the agreed strategic pricing initiatives both at a macro level (rate card, contracts, etc.) and micro level (new business review, leading loss makers, etc.).

· Billing/Correction Form/ Rate update request Processing Tool

· Close coordination with Sales Analyst.

Your Profile:

· Operations experience in a complex global environment

· Very Strong people and interpersonal skills

· Effective time management with problem solving and decision-making skills.

· Shown ability to work independently and as a team member.

· Flexible approach to work

· Proactive demeanor

· Strong ability to impact and influence.

· Ability to cope with stressful situations.

· Strong business/commercial competence

· Fluency in English, both written and spoken

· Very advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel

· Degree in Business Administration or related subject
