Job Summary
The UK Pigman College of Engineering is seeking a highly motivated professional to work with the Director of Recruitment to utilize research and data analysis from our program to develop a strategic recruiting plan which will include visiting high schools in select states outside Kentucky, schedule personal meetings with visiting students, schedule virtual meetings and events for prospective students, assist in the development of high-quality recruiting materials, and develop new initiatives to attract eligible freshmen and transfer students to the engineering program. The individual must communicate frequently with prospective students and families via phone, email, virtual and in-person interactions. The selected candidate will plan, coordinate, and attend recruitment and outreach events directed at potential students throughout the year. Frequent travel outside Kentucky is required.
