Overall Role Purpose

As a Field Courier for DHL Express, you are the face of our company. You will be responsible for the efficient and safe collection and delivery of time-sensitive shipments, providing an exceptional and friendly service experience to our customers. Your professionalism and dedication are crucial in ensuring we meet our commitments and maintain our position as the world's most international company.

YOUR TASKS:

· Identify, develop and maintain favorable contact with high level decision makers including C-suite level and work to understand strategic business challenges while developing a business fit between DGF and the customer.

· Focus is on delivering Customer Satisfaction by leveraging the organization’s network and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.

· Develop proposals and sales plans that support increased sales from targeted prospects.

· Pickup and delivery deliver shipments safely and within the standard time frame. Prior with courier / collection all shipments must checked physically to ensure required paperwork’s avail and shipments in condition to travel in transit / deliver to customer

· Prepare Debrief report at end of each working day. Complete all required paperwork for all collected shipments.

· Maintain and adhere all company standards related to personal appearance, vehicle cleanliness and paperwork prepared for customer shipments. Professional behavior and attitude attending customers.

· Ensure security of shipments, collected cash and company vehicle. Ensure to use padlock on vehicles at all times to secure customer shipments and company asset.
