Job Description
Hoefer Welker is looking for a Senior Project Manager. This role is responsible for project management, medical planning and design, design team leadership, client and consultant coordination. The position also requires ensuring compliance with project budget, scope, and schedule. Applicants should possess a comprehensive of healthcare design requirements, codes, standards, and current industry trends.
Essential Responsibilities:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in architectural practice as a project manager on healthcare projects in all phases. Experience in design-build, developer driven focus preferred. Experience in IPD within the Healthcare industry preferred.
Certifications/Licenses/Registrations: Architectural registration required with current license, NCARB registration preferred. LEED Green Associate Accreditation desired. Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and willingness to use insured personal vehicle in the course of employment.
Qualifications/Skills: Candidate must be proficient in Revit, TonicDM, and Microsoft Office. Deltek VantagePoint and AutoCAD knowledge preferred. Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, meet deadlines, and have strong knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application and manufacturer-suppler appropriateness.
