Position located in Valencia Center of Excellence.

Quality Manager is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the achievement of the required and established levels of quality and environmental standards in the Company's operations. Ensures the application and compliance with internal procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Disseminate and implement the company's quality and environmental policy in the centers under their responsibility to ensure compliance with specific quality and environmental standards.
  • Analyze and compare quality and environmental levels with the standards previously established by the company's management and the needs of the customer.
  • Conduct accurate investigations of non-compliance with KPIs, quality and environmental audits, and propose corrective measures.
  • Monitor certain key performance indicators.
  • Manage the company's external/internal audits and prepare AQPA reports.
  • Develop and update the Quality Plan associated with the cooperation contract alongside the center's Director and the Quality Coordinator (AQPA).
  • Supervise and control the implementation of the quality plan (AQPA).
  • Coordinate with the center's Quality Coordinator to prepare change proposals, deviation/subsidy requests, and compliance certifications for established contracts (AQPA).
  • Responsible for enforcing the Food Safety Policy (IFS). Ensures the identification, evaluation, and compliance with legal requirements, and the application of general hygiene plans (Prerequisites).
  • Identify, control, and manage the CCP (IFS).
  • Internally audit and manage the center's documentation in accordance with the SIG (IFS).
  • Successfully complete internal/external audits.

Requirements for the position:

  • Professional/negotiation level of English.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position in the food environment.
  • Specific training in the area of Quality and Environment.
  • 16 hours of training in quality, environmental, and IFS audits.
  • 16 hours of training in AQAP.
