Responsibilities

  • Change and Release Management: Oversee application changes from requirements to deployment and manage patch releases to production in collaboration with the L2AS team.

  • Capacity and Vendor Management: Manage server capacities, plan for future customer onboarding, and coordinate fixes, solutions, and billing with various vendors, including periodic reviews.

  • Standardization and Security: Provide standardized solutions across multiple WMS products, lead changes per organizational policies, and conduct security reviews and audits, collaborating with vendors to implement necessary fixes.

  • Project Integration and Coordination: Drive integration projects across multiple products, manage country team changes for product stability, and organize technical resources to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Collaboration and Conflict Resolution: Collaborate with various IT services, project management functions, and external customers to support projects while anticipating and resolving design conflicts across dependent initiatives.

  • Specialist Knowledge and Best Practices: Lead the provision of specialist knowledge, analyze complex issues, benchmark opportunities, and introduce best practices to enhance IT consulting effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Procurement and Financial Updates: Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, and oversee new project onboarding and decommissioning updates from a finance perspective.

  • Customer Support and Team Development: Support APAC regional WMS customer projects from a product perspective while fostering team deliverables, learning, and individual growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in WMS product management, with a focus on WMS or related technologies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
  • Knowledge of consulting practices and technology trends relevant to logistics and supply chain.
  • Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in systems integration, design, and database management.
  • Experience in software development, UX analysis, and design.
  • Understanding of user acceptance testing and SDLC methodologies.
  • Strong change management skills with a focus on business processes and strategy.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong influencing, feedback, and presentation skills.
