We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with HR focus, who will contribute on transformation of the HR core systems (SAP S/4HANA and Oracle HCM) and will be responsible for migration of existing IT structures to a new target landscape.

Management of cross-organizational projects with the subject areas ofbusiness case calculation,project organization,implementation,change managementandproject reporting.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:
in (business)informaticsorbusiness administrationor comparable qualification
language arenecessaryfor this role.
Minimum of5 yearsof relevant professional experience, ideally in theIT,consultingand/orHR environment.
Several years ofproject management experiencein medium-sized or larger projects, ideally as a project manager or workstream lead; PM certification(s) (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL) are welcome.
Veryhigh IT affinity, ideally with extensive knowledge and experience in cloud solutions, system integration, interfaces, APIs.
Explicit knowledge and experience with the HR systemsSAP S/4HANAandOracle HCM.
Knowledge and experience in the field of digitalization and corresponding technologies used (e.g. RPA, NLP, OCR, BPM etc.)
·Dynamic personalitywith entrepreneurial and service-oriented thinking.
Confidenceandhigh social competence, professionalism in dealing with senior management.
Mobile, flexible in terms of time and willing to travel on business trips.
