We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with HR focus, who will contribute on transformation of the HR core systems (SAP S/4HANA and Oracle HCM) and will be responsible for migration of existing IT structures to a new target landscape.
Key Tasks:
Manage cross-organizational projects covering business case calculation, project setup, implementation, change management, and reporting
Ensure project profitability, efficiency, and quality
Generate ideas for using new technologies
Actively shaping the transformation strategy and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
Building strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers
Provides technical guidance to line managers and employees
Acts as a sparring partner for group, department and management boards; advice and support for the specialist departments
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
University degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
German & English language on high level are necessary for this role.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the IT, consulting and/or HR environment.
Several years of project management experience in medium-sized or larger projects, ideally as a project manager or workstream lead; PM certification(s) (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL) are welcome.
Very high IT affinity, ideally with extensive knowledge and experience in cloud solutions, system integration, interfaces, APIs.
Explicit knowledge and experience with the HR systems SAP S/4HANA and Oracle HCM.
Knowledge and experience in the field of digitalization and corresponding technologies used (e.g. RPA, NLP, OCR, BPM etc.)
Dynamic personality with entrepreneurial and service-oriented thinking.
Confidence and high social competence, professionalism in dealing with senior management.
Mobile, flexible in terms of time and willing to travel on business trips.
