?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Monitor and update supplier volumes on a daily basis to look for possible cost savings via use of co-loads or part loads cost reductions.
• Maintain relationships to implement and establish reqiured timelines and discuss any known issues.
• Rate negotiation, decisions on carrier coverage. escalation to the customer of any over-shipping, co-load planning implementation.
• Managing a variety of carriers depending on volumes, identifying volumes and areas for continuous improvement.
• Managing loads for Road, Rail & Sea Feight.

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Planning experience within a Logistics & Supply Chain environment is essential.
• Freight industry knowledge desired.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Good IT Knowledge with MS packages.
