Sales Analyst - Military veterans preferred

We are currently seeking a Sales Analyst to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!

The Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing necessary support to sales team. The incumbent will focus on generating and analyzing sales reports, drive sales process and system adoption and providing support / coordinating with stakeholders in Sales and Commercial organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Process Management

• Provide reports and analysis to support sales activities
• Provide data analysis to Sales Manager in order to capture current sales pipeline, campaign, productivity of sales team
• Liaise with internal stakeholders in sales, commercial team and finance for any matter related to sales
• Support Sales Manager in operating / monitoring sale management
• Ensure that customer’s information is maintained accurately on the customers’ database

Desired Skills / Qualifications

• 3-4 years of job experience in operating CRM and sales support functions in service industry
• Good communication skills (Bahasa Melayu and English) and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, reporting tools, administrative and communication skills
• Proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in salesforce.com is a plus

Minimum Educational Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in related fields
