?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • To produce productivity data that assist the Warehouse Management team to analyse and achieve KPI's
  • Provide detailed reports for review meetings with service providers
  • Control of the Health & Safety and Operational training schedule and matrix, updating records, issuing and filing associated paperwork
  • Collate JDA / SmartOps information for analysis and feedback to Shift and Warehouse Managers
  • Maintaining MHE database; ensuring service schedule is adhered to, defects logged and followed up, conducting asset verification audits and checks on insurance documentation, ensuring all documentation filed in accordance with policy for audit purposes
  • Weekly Performance Management meetings with other depots within the region (Exeter, Swansea, Salford and Ebbw Vale)
  • Analysis of productivity data and organise feedback to Shift Managers / Operations Manager
  • Quarterly OMS Health Check accountability and monitor completion of all OMS Standard practices

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Previous experience of leading a team, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse data trends from productivity reports
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management & staff, including external suppliers and wider DHL
  • Workload Management and organisational Skills
  • Strong presentation skills - Presenting data findings to stakeholders and senior management
  • Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Flexibility to alter shifts to cover holidays for other members of the team
  • Full UK Driving license
