Responsibilities

• Work closely with Accounting team ensure accurate monthly closing.
• Act as a business partner with operations and collaborate closely with them on financial activities related to the business.
• Collate FTE information from HR and liaise with Shared Service team to ensure numbers are uploaded correctly.
• Prepare journals for internal cross-charging and other ad-hoc tasks.
• Prepare P/L variance analysis for internal meetings
• Prepare/submit management reports according to the specified deadlines.
• Monitor actual collections and payments.
• Prepare presentation decks for management meetings.
• Monthly forecast: Prepare PL & FTE templates to be distributed to various Operations and Functions. Collate the input and check reasonability of the forecast submitted. Upload forecast data into system.
• Collate budget input and check for reasonability and completeness. Upload data into Budget Tool.
• Prepare presentation decks for budget meetings.

Requirements

• Degree holder with Finance related qualifications
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Proficient in MS Office such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Oracle BI and Smartview is advantageous.
