Be a key member of our team in Budapest, responsible for driving performance improvements and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our accounting hub.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators to continuously improve operational performance and achieve project objectives
Project manage and deliver all HUB assignments on time
Initiate discussion on process design and new solutions that reflect best practices
Provide operations support and coaching to the HUB team
Manage the HUB budget and financial reporting
Monitor and support new activity transitions to the HUB and continuous improvement activities
Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and recommend solutions to line managers and stakeholders, and coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
Direct the work of other professionals or manage processes and programs as needed
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
More than 6 years of work experience
Ability to work in international and matrix environment
Strong accounting and finance knowledge as well as operations experience
Experience with ERP, Excel, and project management tools
Comfortable and effective communicator with stakeholders
