Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
Location: On-site
Starting Salary: $22.00 per hour
Position Overview
The Campus Services Lead reports to and works with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Antioch University Los Angeles to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Campus Services Center (CSC) office. The Campus Services Assistant has primary responsibility in assisting with the daily activities of the Campus Services Center, in conjunction with the other members of the Campus Services team. Activities will include staffing the CSC front desk, providing customer service, classroom set up and technical support, mail and package distribution (outgoing and incoming), photocopying, cashiering, and coordinating parking services and safety and security.
In the absence of COO, The Campus Services Lead assumes oversight of the Campus Service Center and leads work direction for student worker/campus service staff with respect to scheduling, workflow planning, assigning work or giving directions, monitoring work, providing training and orienting staff/students.

HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a full-time position serving a national university. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor. Some evening hours and weekends are required.
WORK LOCATION
Office to be housed at the Antioch University Los Angles campus in Culver City, California.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the staff member is regularly required to sit, stand, use hands and fingers, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The individual must regularly lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Requires daily use of computer and other standard office equipment.

Benefits Summary
