We're now looking for a Transport administration Clerk based in Hatfield

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Facilitate communication and coordination between transport planners, subcontractors, transport depots and other relevant stakeholders
• Monitor all loads to ensure smooth operation in regard of collections, transit and delivery.
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining KPI SLA agreements.
• Achieving collection and delivery KPIs.
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have admin experience as it is essential for this role
• Potentially have transport admin experience but it is not essential
• Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
