At DHL, people mean the world to us. That’s why our goal has always been to attract and retain the best talent. We provide meaningful challenge and opportunities for personal and professional development. We recognise the value you bring to our business, and together we share the pride of building the logistics company for the world — a global leader in supply chain innovation and tailored solutions. We’re future-focused on automation and digitalisation, offering graduates the chance to be involved in these developments across the business.

We’re now calling for graduates to join our 2026 cohort at DHL Supply Chain New Zealand, with placements starting in February. If you’re looking for challenge, growth, and a purpose-driven career — this is the place to start.

Why our graduate programme is different:

  • Rotations provide real responsibility and ongoing opportunities to extend your capability plus develop a wide network with team members across the business.
  • Exposure to the future of logistics, including the latest in warehouse automation and digitalisation technologies.
  • Ongoing support from experienced leaders, including a dedicated Senior Operations Director and mentor to champion your development.
  • World-class leadership development programmes, and opportunities to build your facilitation and leadership skills.

  • Global exposure, working as part of the world’s leading logistics group.
  • Following completion of the programme, a permanent role in the business aligned to your strengths and interests.

We are looking for candidates who...

  • Are completing their degree this year or recently graduated — all disciplines welcome, with preference for supply chain, logistics, or engineering (e.g. mechatronics).
  • Are highly motivated and bring energy, initiative, and a willingness to get involved.
  • Have some prior work experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Are resilient and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can connect with people and build strong relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Are comfortable learning and working with new systems and technologies.
  • Are eager to build a career with a company that invests in your growth.

What's in it for you?

  • A supportive work environment with access to tools, training, and leadership that will help you thrive.
  • A highly engaged and diverse team, with supportive people and enriching experiences.
  • We’re officially Great Place to Work™ certified — as voted by our employees!
  • Birthday leave — because your special day should be celebrated!
  • Access to PERKS, our employee benefits programme, with discounts on fuel, groceries, and retail brands.
  • Free, confidential support through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Exposure to world-leading supply chain processes and technologies.
  • A chance to make your mark in a growing, essential, and future-focused industry.

These roles are based in Auckland, with rotations across our sites at the Airport, Highbrook, and Mount Wellington.
