Job Purpose


Administer cash reconciliations and activities to investigate and minimize credit risk and ensure effective delivery of reconciliation information to customers in line with internal and external policies and standards, regulations, and compliance requirements

Key Tasks

  • Administer retail accounts reconciliation processes and activities to minimise risk and ensure timely payments with support and direction readily available as needed.
  • Administer DHL Retail accounts territory.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks relating to IRO accounts and reconciliations.
  • Understand and perform as per key reconciliations and financial accounting processes, methods and tools including metrics, standards and policies.
  • Identify and perform recurring issues for making service improvements.
  • Identify trends in issues and areas for service improvements that will deliver high quality and/or lower cost
  • Identify and highlight recurring issues for making service improvements
  • Support team members with less experience.
