As a valued member of our large and friendly HR team, our Senior Engagement Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing the DHL Supply Chain engagement strategy across our national operations.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and successfully execute organisational engagement strategy each year, identifying challenges and opportunities throughout the process
  • Coordinate and manage cultural measurement frameworks including engagement and organisational health surveys, ensuring actionable data insights
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction within the organisation
  • Collaborate closely with management to ensure that the engagement strategy is effectively communicated and integrated into daily operations
  • Lead and coordinate the organisation wide reward and recognition programs
  • Actively lead and deliver engagement projects and initiatives that contribute to the success of the HR function and broader business

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within an engagement/ organisational development role within a medium to large organisation
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholder, and facilitate engagement
  • Confidence in leading and supporting organisational change, helping leaders and teams navigate transitions with clear and effective communication
  • Experience managing employee engagement surveys and turning insights into actionable strategies 
  • Established project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proven track record designing and delivering cultural programs that result in behavioural change
