We are looking for Sales to join our DHL Global Forwarding team!

Position:         Head of Business Customers               

Location:                    Head Office, Bangkok, Thailand                    

                                                                       

Key Tasks: -

  • Contribute to developing key account strategy including account planning, revenue targets, service goals, etc. considering business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.
  • Prepare sales plans, set sales targets and quotas, and oversee delivery of sales objectives for key accounts.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and performance against targets.
  • Provide ongoing support to high value clients to ensure delivery of high quality customer service.
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Take steps to ensure key account retention, business growth, and profitability.
  • Support key customers, enhance internal and external collaboration and cross selling.
  • Build relationships with existing and potential customers, associated networks and support functions for enhancing efficiency in sales delivery.
  • Analyse complex issues and modify processes and techniques in own work area for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications Requirements: -

  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing from Freight Forwarders.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, including air, sea, and land transportation.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related software.
