Our HR Services run e.g. the payroll for more than 350.000 employees within DHL working in 28 countries across the globe. They also offer time &attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing and other services.

Job Purpose:

Support to develop and administer HR Administration/Shared Services processes to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with business needs, HR Shared Services plans, service quality standards and budgets

Your tasks:

  • Administer assigned HR Administration/Shared Services processes by setting appropriate delivery/ quality standards and timelines
  • Check for patterns of errors/ repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escalate complex issues for resolution
  • Support other team members on recurring errors and issues related to specific assigned HR service
  • Maintain reports and data related to assigned HR service as per set standards and guidelines
  • Gather inputs and feedback from HR partners and employees on HR services rendered or needed and share with Supervisor

Your profile:

  • Bachelor´s Degree or relevant work experience / HR certification
  • 2+ years or work experience in HR administration or Payroll
  • Very Good Communication skills – English/ French spoken and written
  • Exposure with relevant key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER / IR, etc.
  • Team leadership – small size teams
  • Business understanding
  • Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships
