We are looking to place an on-site Personnel Data/Information Analyst with Air Force, Army, or DoD personnel career field and/or human resources experience at Randolph AFB, Texas. Â
JOB DESCRIPTION:Â
- Collect, store, transmit, and evaluate documentation on services the Air Force Logistics Career Field Team (LCFT) provides to its customers; analyze and provide reports of findings.
- Provide basic support and updates to the LCFT SharePoint/websites.
- Provide technical support to assist with meetings, briefings, staff papers, handouts, training materials, and newsletters.
- Maintain databases for specific project tracking which includes collection/compilation of data.
- Create charts to track training, Temporary Duties (TDYs); outplacement target dates; Quarterly/Annual evaluations and promotions; status and taskers;Â
- Provide support to the LCFT by processing requests, preparing assessments and questionnaires, and developing templates.
- Maintain and update the continuity book.
- Provide consultation to logistics field personnel on variety of professional development, training, and other customer service issues.
- Review and make recommendations on professional qualifications of personnel based on Office of Personnel Management (OPM) standards.
- Data collection, organization, and presentation.
- Business writing.
- Training at the individual and organization level.
- Customer interactions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Â
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources or another related field.
- Experience with Air Force/ Army / DoD personnel career field advisory services including career training, progression, and broadening may be substituted for degree requirements.
- Possess strong knowledge of Air Force/ Army /DoD instructions and guidance pertaining to personnel / career field management.
- Experience with customer focused support and interaction by email and phone, database entry, research, policy review/interpretation, briefing preparation, and report writing.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications (Word and Excel) is required.
- Ability to work in an onsite office setting during core business hours of 7:30am – 4:30pm.
- Ability to successfully pass a federal agency background check is required.
- Individuals already possessing an adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) are preferred as well as prior AF experience.
- Motivated self-starters requested.
