Mentor/Train

Decision transactions

Review Large Item/Hold Report daily

Review Reg CC holds

Review and approve timecards

Teller Schedules

Teller Meeting bimonthly

Create audit calendar and perform cash audits

Quarterly consignment audits

Monthly audit of branch log books

Retention

Bait Logs

Review blotters, recon adjustments, and Loomis orders

Monitor branch cash levels

Review Teller Mystery Shops

Check Signage Monthly

Collections

Teller Performance Development Reviews

Schedule training for Tellers

Supervise New Hire Training for Tellers

Answer All Teller Questions

Review ATM / CRDC Holds

Pull AuditCon Reports

REQUIREMENTS

High School degree or equivalent

Strong customer service skills

1 year of Teller experience

Cash Recycler knowledge

Ability to motivate and coach staff

Knowledge of teller cash limits, teller machines, and preparation of teller work

Ability to balance teller cash and maintain acceptable balancing percentages as defined by Management

Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work various hours as assigned to meet the needs of the business (open/close branch) and follow security procedures

Ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines

Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Prior supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to lead others

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday


Long periods of typing and repetitive motion


Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10-25 pounds (cash canisters, coin boxes/bags)
