ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Use hand and arm signals to direct other operators.
• Tie down equipment and cargo load on stake bed trucks and flatbed trailers.
• Operate a hand sweeper to sweep roads, parking areas, and other designated areas.
• Use cell phones to communicate with supervisors & service call desk.
• Operate Lawn Maintenance equipment such as mowers, edgers, and trimmers.
• Rake and remove leaves and other natural debris.
• Performs other duties as directed by the Supervisor/Crew Leader.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• The ability to operate equipment.
• The ability to follow instructions.
• The ability to work independently and maintain a safe working environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to do the following for a period: stoop, kneel, reach, lift, walk, weed whack, and sit.
• Some climbing and balancing.
• High noise levels are a common occurrence during general maintenance.
• Must have the ability to maintain assigned work hours.
• Must have sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This role requires work in a non-office setting, outdoors, and industrial locations.
• Work requires exposure to heat/cold, noise, dust, mist, and/or fumes.
• Required the ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• We require the wearing of personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, a fall protection harness, protective-toe footwear, gloves, a hard hat, and hearing protection.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
• Must be able to be cleared for base or site access.
• You must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• You must complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.
• Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) per contract.
• Must be a legal U.S. Resident per contract.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in the English Language per contract.
