Job Purpose

To serve as a trusted partner to buyers and community teams by delivering exceptional support and creating a seamless, high-quality experience from initial contact through post-sale engagement.

Essential Job Functions

· Arrive at least 15 minutes before opening to complete opening procedures and prepare the sales center for the day

· Support the Community Sales Manager with daily tasks and operational activities

· Welcome, register, and build rapport with prospective homebuyers

· Maintain a strong understanding of RockWell Homes communities, products, and features, as well as current industry trends and construction technologies

· Follow all Sales, Marketing, and Company policies and procedures, including timely and accurate completion of reports, forms, and documentation

· Proactively engage with visitors and potential buyers to create a comfortable and inviting experience

· Shadow and collaborate with the sales team to gain industry knowledge and professional development

· Participate in sales meetings, construction walkthroughs, and design center appointments to build a comprehensive understanding of the homebuilding process

Educational/Experience Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Some college coursework or a college degree is preferred

· Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Salary and Hours

· Salary plus bonus

· The sales assistant will cover model homes in DFW.

· Must be able to work weekends.
