Overview
Responsible for reviewing data integrity. Capture, record, and analyze data cross the US, Canada and Mexico as well as other parties internationally. Strive to assist the Logistics department in preparing reports, graphical analysis, and other related duties assigned by the manager.
Responsibilities
Ensure Regulatory repository completeness and accuracy
Create weekly reports on product movement through the US, Canadian and Mexican borders
Analyze data structure for Mexico parts and create variance reports based on specific parameters
Break down freight and set routing guide
Identify potential issues and work towards resolutions
Coordinate with the warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure efficient logistics operations
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, and cost
Prepare reports and present logistics performance to management for strategic decision-making
Monitor active and slow-moving parts database for classification and origin accuracy; create reports as needed for mass data updates through IT
Prepare analyses and reports as assigned or requested; adhere to format, content, and style guidelines, considering usability and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality
Communicate needs and requests to other team members as appropriate
1-3 years of experience required in an admin/support services role, with experience in data analysis
Skilled in Excel and math to estimate numerical data
Precision in writing reports and attention to detail are cornerstone qualifications
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to disseminate significant amounts of information
Exercise initiative, achievement, and independent judgment
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
