Job purpose 

Reviews, develops, assists in negotiations of, and manages contracts for goods and services, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for NetPlanner Systems.  They work with various stakeholders, including customers, sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, to establish and administer contracts throughout their lifecycle  

Essential responsibilities and accountabilities: 

  • Reviewing, preparing and organizing completed contracts.
  • Review contract language, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations and internal company policies.  
  • Participating in the negotiations handled by internal team members with external parties to reach mutually agreeable contract terms. 
  • Overseeing contract performance, monitoring compliance, and managing any necessary amendments or extensions. 
  • Handling all OCIP and CCIP contractual requirements.
  • Identifying potential risks associated with contracts and providing information to internal stakeholders. 
  • Collaborating with various internal teams (e.g., procurement, legal, finance) and external parties (e.g., vendors, suppliers, customers). 
  • Preparing reports on contract performance, compliance, and related matters. 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

  • Understanding of contract law, relevant regulations, and industry standards. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting, negotiating, and presenting contract-related information. 
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential risks, and develop solutions. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract documentation. 
  • Understanding financial principles and the ability to analyze pricing proposals and financial reports. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Must possess BA in related field
  • Requires six plus years’ experience
  • Related industry experience is a plus
