Job Summary
This position coordinates the College of Medicine interview schedules for medical school applicants and interviewers, serves as the liaison between the applicants, committees, and the Office of Admissions, responsible for the distribution and acquisition of required forms, applicant /interviewer assignments, and all interview day logistics. Manages the application process, including compiling applications for review, program event planning, coordinating meals, transportation, and arranging vendor payments.
Oversees the logistics and implementation of the College of Medicine’s Early Assurance Program (EAP) and College of Medicine Pathway Programs.
Serves as the primary front desk support for the Admissions Office and primary administrative support for the Associate Dean of Admissions and Admissions Committee.
Requires Microsoft Office Suite experience, high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, outstanding organizational, outstanding communication skills and professionalism, and a willingness to work as a team member.
