Responsibilities

Revolution Company, is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative position in Kilgore, TX. This role will provide sales support to broker representatives, customers, and distributors in conjunction with their respective Regional Sales Director(s). The ideal candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of independent analysis requiring initiative and judgment.

 

• Able to explain Revolution’s production and printing capabilities and make product recommendations for both TX and CA locations
• Ability and drive to learn many aspects of Revolution including accounts and ERP systems for both CA and TX locations
• Understand products, service, and Revolution’s unique culture
• Ability to work cross functionally with all areas of department
• Serve as back up support for all team members
• Willingness to approach each call as an opportunity to share Revolution’s Value and Product line
• Ability to make sales and build excitement around product line
• Proactive problem solving in all areas of the department
• Discover and satisfy account needs
• Complete quote requests for customer from price sheets to internal quoting program
• Monitor and update special pricing and promotions for assigned accounts
• Receive and process daily purchase order as well as ensure they are processed accurately and released in a timely manner
• Able to work with customer online portals and EDI
• Able to work with all other departments including but not limited to Accounting, Pre-Press, Art Department, Quality, and Shipping.



Qualifications



  • AA Degree and/or equivalent business related experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service
  • Well organized and able to multi-task
  • A strong communicator and willing to provide excellent service to customers
  • Willing to make decisions, think clearly, analyze problems and implement effective solutions
  • Honest, flexible, optimistic and a team player
  • Eager to learn and advance in the company
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
