Responsibilities

Revolution is seeking a driven and detail-focused Plant Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Florence, AL. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. This is a key role for someone ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Follow work guidelines and adhere to all company policies.
  • Work responsibly in a safe manner, following all safe operating procedures and posted requirements.
  • Complete assigned tasks as instructed by the Plant Manager.
  • Assign personnel to job assignments based on skill level.
  • Report on production work orders.
  • Complete shift summary production reports daily.
  • Receive forklift certification and maintain no damage to equipment or property, along with proper documentation of the forklift, attachments, forks, and carpet pole while documenting findings at the beginning of each shift.
  • Maintain and enforce Safety, Housekeeping, Quality, and Productivity standards.
  • Ensure that all employees follow rules and procedures.
  • Lead pre-shift safety meetings.
  • Lead by example while maintaining good employee morale.
  • Perform training for each operator for all departmental operations.
  • Report and investigate non-conforming materials, hazards, maintenance issues, and packaging issues, and ensure paperwork accuracy while saving samples and reporting issues to management.


Qualifications



  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Leadership and management experience preferred.
  • The capability to work within a team environment and be individually motivated to accomplish goals and objectives is essential.
  • Ability to learn and increase knowledge of known and unknown equipment.
  • Essential reading and writing skills are required.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Necessary math skills required (addition, subtraction, and multiplication) to record accurate reports.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
