What You Will Do:

The Financial Analyst will support the Finance Directors in North America and will be responsible for producing quality financial information and analysis to support the growth and development of the business. The Financial Analyst will own key aspects of month-end financial reporting, develop and maintain regular financial forecasting updates, and other projects assigned. The ideal candidate has keen analytical and financial skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and is comfortable prioritizing multiple deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for the preparation and delivery of the monthly general ledger accounts and related management reporting.

· Responsible for the post-close analyses of performance and variance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Challenge financial performance with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and risks.

· Partner with Accounting to provide support on day-to-day activities related to key accounts (e.g., Accounts Receivable review, Expense approvals and classification, etc.).

· Prepare monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required.

· Assist in preparing the monthly and quarterly forecast and creating a rolling forecast to provide an ongoing forward view of projected performance.

· Provide integration support regarding systems and operational processes of any acquired entities as needed.

· Provide M&A diligence support of potential future acquisitions as needed.

Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

· Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Planner or a similar role.

· Experience working with a SaaS financial model, related revenue recognition and SaaS metrics desired.

· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required; experience with NetSuite, SAP SAC reporting, Salesforce.com and other financial systems preferred.

· Relevant certification such as CPA/CFA is a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions without specific step-by-step instructions.

· Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects while delivering results in a timely manner.

· Demonstrated success building effective partnerships and managing relationships at all levels.
