Responsibilities

The IT Endpoint Technician will be a member of the IT team and will primarily be focused on handling equipment provisioning and de-provisioning.

  • Image and deploy computers and peripherals
  • Assist with maintaining images, windows updates, deployments and driver updates
  • Computers and peripheral troubleshooting
  • Technical Support - Provide phone, remote and onsite technical support for computers, printers, phones and users as necessary
  • Install and troubleshoot:
    • Desktops, Laptops and tablet computers
    • Printers, plotters, copiers and scanners
    • Cellular phones and tablets
  • Ability to manage provisioning, tracking, de-provisioning and usage reporting of equipment
  • Assist with managing KACE, MDM, DDS, and other asset management systems
  • Manage and utilize inventory of on hand spare equipment for quick user turnaround
  • Logistics of IT equipment via various couriers
  • Manage the repair or replace (RMA) defective computer equipment with IT vendors
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and standards related to IT processes and procedures
  • Perform other duties or special projects as requested related to area of responsibility
  • Supports the Company to achieve its vision and mission, while successfully practicing its core values related to employees, ethics, operational excellence, safety, integrity and corporate social responsibility
  • Work with small team in energetic professional environment
  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities


Qualifications



  • 2 to 5 years’ experience working on an IT team in a multi-office environment
  • Experience with the following technologies:
    • Understanding of computer imaging
    • Windows Desktop Operating System
    • User provisioning and de-provisioning processes
    • PC hardware repair
    • Installing, patching, uninstalling other applications
  • CompTIA A+ preferred
