This Pre-Award position for a Collection Management Specialist, supports the 16th Air Force (AFCYBER), conducting Human Intelligence (HUMINT) activities as well as HUMINT and Counterintelligence (CI) integration, coordination and deconfliction across the 16 AF/AFCYBER/JFHQ-C(AF) Enterprise in support of cyber and Information Warfare operational activities.

Job Description:

  • Support HUMINT collection management functions/capabilities development for 16 AF Enterprise elements and others as directed.
  • Assist analysis and collection managers in drafting HUMINT collection requirements and evaluations to satisfy commanders’ priority intelligence requirements.
  • Provide outreach and reach back to 16 AF Enterprise elements to enhance their capability to leverage HUMINT in support of collection on Priority Intelligence Requirements.
  • Provide support to 16 AF Enterprise elements for utilization of HUMINT systems in data discovery, tasking and feedback of HUMINT.


Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • TS/SCI, with CI polygraph
  • Three years of experience in in HUMINT collection management and HUMINT system management, training, and support
  • Two years supporting cyber operations
  • Experience in HUMINT plans, training, and exercises
