This Pre-Award position for an Intelligence Operator (HUMINT SME) supports the 16th Air Force (AFCYBER), conducting HUMINT activities as well as HUMINT and counterintelligence (CI) integration, coordination and deconfliction across the 16 AF/AFCYBER/JFHQ-C(AF) Enterprise in support of cyber and Information Warfare operational activities.

Job Description:

• Provide HUMINT subject matter expertise support to exercise planning, academic preparation and presentations, mentoring, and execution (A003).
• Provide operational support to review, coordinate, deconflict HUMINT reporting in CHROME and within other systems and methods as appropriate (A002).
• Conduct coordination, deconfliction, tracking, and database management of operational support activities.
• Provide HUMINT integration support to include research, coordination, and communication between 16AF/A2X and 16AF campaign teams and task forces across each Line of Effort (LOE).
• Support HUMINT collection management functions/capabilities development for 16 AF Enterprise elements and others as directed.
• Assist analysis and collection managers in drafting HUMINT collection requirements and evaluations to satisfy commanders’ priority intelligence requirements.
• Support readiness of AF operational elements by integrating HUMINT subject matter expertise support to training and exercises.

Job Requirements:

• TS/SCI, with CI polygraph
• Five years of experience in conducting and/or supporting HUMINT operations
• Successful completion of a DoD HUMINT/MSO tradecraft course. Defense Strategic Debriefing Course at a minimum; advanced HUMINT certifications are high desired.
• Two years supporting cyber operations
• Experience in HUMINT plans, training, and exercises
