SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Systems Engineer Lead.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Description: SEACORP's Training Systems Business Area is currently seeking a Systems Engineering lead. The Systems Engineering lead will coordinate the activities of the Systems Engineering staff to ensure Trainer Availability for the fleet. This will consist of scheduling activities such as trainer preparation, preventative maintenance, communicating deficiencies to the Navy, estimating repair durations, providing work-arounds to instructors, and ensuring a ready and able support team to respond to problems and answer questions. The Systems Engineering lead will interface directly to the Command at the Kings Bay Facility and maximize training availability and capability.

Qualifications:
Education: BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Focus on management is a plus.
Experience: 10 years' experience with Navy Systems with experience providing training and instruction.
Location: Kings Bay, GA
Travel: Infrequently (
Clearance: Top Secret
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
