Position Description: 

Motus is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to support our Everlance B2C product line. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving organic growth by optimizing our digital presence across all platforms. Your work will directly to impact our visibility, user acquisition, and overall business growth. Position Duties: 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and boost conversions across various business functions.
• Explore the latest search experiences driven by artificial intelligence (e.g., Google SGE, Gemini, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT) and devise tactics to modify our SEO for AI-generated results on different platforms.
• Tailor SEO strategies to meet the outstanding needs of both B2C and B2B audiences, driving growth across segments.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Use data insights to continually refine and improve SEO strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and development, to ensure SEO standard methodologies are coordinated into all aspects of the business.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO tools and techniques. Share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure that SEO efforts contribute to a positive user experience, aligning with Motuss mission to improve the working lives of our users. 

Desired Skills & Experience: 

• 2-4 years of experience in SEO, with a consistent track record of driving organic growth for SaaS or tech companies.
• Expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword research.
• Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and a basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach and a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to run multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the freelance economy, expense tracking, or related fields is a plus. 

Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidates relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
