Job Summary
The Nurse Coordinator provides critical services to patients and physicians in the Comprehensive Breast Care Center.

Position duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring timely and appropriate scheduling of chemotherapy treatment and other services for breast cancer patients, retrieving records and results for physicians, teaching patients and families about the treatment process, and using a holistic approach to assess patient situations at an advanced level of expertise.

The Nurse Coordinator anticipates patient care needs, mobilizes appropriate resources as needed, and facilitates ongoing communication with patient and family before/during/after the treatment process.
